I am thrilled to return back home to the wonderful Sun Valley community.  For the past 15 years, I have been practicing acupuncture and Chinese medicine in Portland, Oregon. While I enjoyed living there and had a thriving acupuncture practice, I am so happy to be home!

I earned a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2006.  Prior to studying acupuncture, I was a competitive cross-country skier and that's when I first encountered the profound effects of acupuncture for improving my own health and sports performance.

I strongly believe that our bodies inherently know how to function when in balance and harmony. In my practice, I use acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Qigong, and Oriental massage techniques to renew my patients’ ability to attain health and vitality in their bodies and lives.   I am also a certified practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage™.  And, am constantly learning through continuing education.
I bring a distinctive combination of intelligence, wisdom, and kindness to my practice of Chinese Medicine and look forward to serving you!
